The sweet potato vines are harvested from healthy farms in Kabondo, Kenya's leading sweet potato growing region, sprayed with a little water and packed in bags within a day or two. They are delivered to the customer/ farmer while still fresh ready for planting. When stored well, these vines can last for up to a month before planting. We, however, advise that you order the sweet potato vines once you have prepared the mounds and ridges ready for planting.
